Planning Organizational Growth: What Stage Are You In?

We intuitively understand growth and development for people, caterpillars, and frogs, and we can apply a similar framework to nonprofits to steward them more intentionally. In this session, we’ll learn how to identify key elements of start-up, growth, stability, and renewal phases—and most importantly how do you lead differently based on which phase you are in? There are certain opportunities to leverage and challenges to navigate in each stage. We’ll discuss those, share practical ideas you can implement, and prepare you to share this resource with others in your organization to support productive problem-solving. Lunch included with registration.

Nonprofit CEO Council Happy Hour

This NCC Happy Hour is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, expand our network, and celebrate leadership within our nonprofit community. We’ll welcome new connections by inviting CEOs to bring a guest, honor the CEOs who are retiring this year for their lasting impact, and create a bit of fun with a drawing for a complimentary membership. Most of all, it’s a chance to connect, reflect, and build momentum together.
